Terms & Conditions

Last updated 2 October 2026

The short version.

All sales are final. We do not give refunds, including for no-shows, change of mind or funding claims that are not approved.

Changes to a booking must be made in time (details in section 5). Late changes count as a used session.

Our programmes teach and coach. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and we cannot promise a job, a salary or a particular result.

1. Who we are

These terms are between you and ELLEUMINATE PTE LTD, UEN 202418521C, 1 Raffles Quay, Level 49, Singapore ("ELLEUMINATE", "we", "us"). They apply to everything we sell or deliver, including courses and workshops such as MindScape, Headhuntable™ programmes, ResumeReady™, InterviewReady™ and NegotiationReady™ sessions, coaching calls, digital products, memberships and newsletters, whether you book through our websites, a booking page, a form or by message.

By registering, paying or attending, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are booking for someone else, you confirm you have their permission and that they agree to these terms.

2. Booking and payment

  • Prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD) and are shown on the relevant page or booking form.
  • Your place is confirmed once we have received full payment. Some courses, including MindScape, are paid by PayNow QR code or to our UEN, and your registration is confirmed after we match your payment.
  • Registration for each course closes at the time stated on its page (for MindScape, 2 days before each weekend at 7pm). Places may close earlier if a class is full.
  • Please give us accurate details. For funded courses, your name must match your official ID so your claim is not rejected. We do not ask for your NRIC number.

3. No refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. This applies to every ELLEUMINATE offer, including when:

  • you change your mind, or your plans or availability change;
  • you do not attend, arrive late, or leave early;
  • you did not use a session, a call or the materials you received;
  • a funding, grant or reimbursement claim (such as UTAP or SkillsFuture) is not approved, is delayed, or you do not submit it in time; or
  • you expected a different outcome from the one you received.

Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under Singapore law that cannot be excluded.

4. If we change or cancel

We may reschedule, move a venue, change a facilitator or cancel a class when we need to, for example for low enrolment, illness or events outside our control. If we do, we will tell you as soon as we reasonably can and move your place to the next available class or an equivalent session. We do not refund payments in cash.

5. Cancelling, rescheduling and transfers

  • Courses and workshops (such as MindScape). Within 2 weeks of the course start date, your place cannot be cancelled and is not refundable. It can be transferred to the next class, if that class is still within the funding (UTAP) period. Earlier than that, the same no-refund rule applies, and we will consider a transfer request in good faith. Transfers are at our discretion.
  • ResumeReady™, InterviewReady™, NegotiationReady™ and 1:1 calls. To reschedule or cancel, give us at least 24 hours' notice. Later than that, or a missed call, counts as a used session and is not refundable.
  • Resume work. A ResumeReady™ resume is final on delivery. Further edits are not included.
  • Digital products and memberships. These are delivered on purchase. We do not refund them once access has been given.

To change a booking, message us on WhatsApp at +65 8817 6912 or email [email protected].

6. Funding, grants and claims (UTAP, SkillsFuture and similar)

Some of our courses are supported by funding schemes. You are responsible for checking that you qualify, for submitting your own claim, and for meeting the scheme's deadlines. For UTAP, that means claiming within 6 months of completing the course, with your certificate, proof of attendance and official receipt. We can provide those documents and general guidance, but we do not make, guarantee or follow up claims for you. The full course fee stays payable whether or not a claim is approved.

7. Attendance and certificates

Please arrive on time and attend the full session. Where a certificate or proof of attendance is part of a course, we issue it to participants who attend the course. Funding schemes can set their own attendance rules, and meeting them is your responsibility.

8. What our programmes are, and are not

Our courses, coaching and content are for learning and professional development. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, tax or financial advice, and they do not replace a qualified professional. Do not stop or change any treatment because of something you learned from us. If you have a health condition or concerns about taking part in an exercise, tell us beforehand and use your own judgement about whether to take part.

We share experience, frameworks and honest guidance. We do not guarantee any outcome, such as a job offer, a promotion, a salary, a headhunter's call, or business results. Outcomes depend on your effort, your market and many things we do not control. Examples and stories we share are illustrations, not promises.

9. Your conduct

Treat the facilitators, venue staff and other participants with respect. Do not harass, discriminate, disrupt a session, or share another participant's personal stories outside the room. We may ask you to leave, without a refund, if you do not follow these rules.

10. Our materials and recordings

All course content, manuals, templates, scorecards, frameworks and the Headhuntable™ Method belong to ELLEUMINATE or its licensors. When you buy, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning and career. You may not copy, resell, share, publish, teach from or train AI systems on them without our written permission. Please do not record our live sessions unless we have agreed to it in writing.

Where we record a call or session, how that recording is handled is set out in our Privacy Policy.

11. Photos and video

We may take photos or video at in-person sessions to document and promote our work. If you do not want to appear, tell us in writing before the session and we will respect that.

12. Our responsibility

We take care in delivering our services, but to the fullest extent the law allows: we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of income or opportunity, or loss caused by things outside our reasonable control, including third-party platforms and venues. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that purchase. We are not liable for injury, loss or damage to your belongings at a venue, except where the law does not allow us to exclude it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Third-party tools and links

We use third-party platforms for booking, payments, email, video calls and assessments, and our pages may link to other sites (for example NTUC for UTAP claims). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or terms.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when you pay is the one that applies to your purchase. Changes to this page are shown by the date at the top.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Singapore. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly.
