ELLEUMINATE
Your data, handled with care

Privacy Policy

Last updated 2 October 2026

The short version.

We collect only what we need to register you, run your session, take payment, support your funding claim and stay in touch.

We use your details only for the purposes below, we do not sell them, and you can ask to see, correct or withdraw them at any time.

1. Who we are

This policy is from ELLEUMINATE PTE LTD, UEN 202418521C, 1 Raffles Quay, Level 49, Singapore ("ELLEUMINATE", "we", "us"). It explains how we handle personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) when you visit our websites, register for a course, book a call, take an assessment, join our mailing lists or otherwise deal with us. It sits alongside our Terms & Conditions.

2. What we collect

  • Identity and contact details: your name (for funded courses, as it appears on your official ID), email address, WhatsApp or phone number.
  • Registration and payment details: the course or weekend you chose, confirmation that you have paid, and the payment reference. We do not store your card or bank login details.
  • Career information you share: your resume, work history, goals, answers to scorecards and forms, and anything you tell us in a call or message.
  • Funding information: details needed for a grant or claim (such as UTAP), for example your course attendance and certificate. We do not ask for your NRIC number.
  • Recordings and photos: recordings of calls or sessions where we tell you we are recording, and photos or video from in-person sessions.
  • Website data: cookies, device and browser information, and how you use our pages and emails.

We collect this from you directly, from the forms and tools you use, and from our payment and booking platforms.

3. Why we use it

  • To register you, confirm your place, take payment and deliver your course, coaching call or service.
  • To issue your certificate and proof of attendance, and to help you with a funding claim.
  • To prepare your resume, interview or negotiation work and give you tailored guidance.
  • To send you reminders, updates and follow-up emails about what you booked, including post-course instructions.
  • To send you newsletters, offers and invitations, where you have agreed to receive them.
  • To run, secure and improve our business and websites, keep accounts and records, and meet legal obligations.
  • To share, with your permission, photos or feedback in our marketing.

We will tell you the purpose when we collect your data, and we will ask for your consent where the PDPA requires it. If we want to use your data for a new purpose, we will ask you first, unless the law allows otherwise.

4. Consent, and withdrawing it

By registering, booking, ticking a consent box or sharing your details with us, you agree to us handling them as set out here. You can withdraw consent for any purpose, including marketing, at any time by emailing [email protected] or using the unsubscribe link in our emails. We will act on your request within a reasonable time and explain what it means for the service you receive. For example, we cannot register you for a funded course without the details the scheme needs.

We send marketing to phone numbers only in line with Singapore's Do Not Call rules and your consent.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only on a need-to-know basis with:

  • our team, facilitators and co-delivery partners involved in running your course or service;
  • service providers that help us operate, such as booking, payment, email, CRM, forms, video call and website platforms, under their own data protection commitments;
  • venue hosts, where needed to run an in-person session;
  • professional advisers, auditors and regulators where required; and
  • government agencies or funding bodies where the law requires it, or you ask us to support a claim.

If our business changes hands, your data may be transferred as part of that, and the new owner must handle it under the same standards.

6. Storing and transferring data outside Singapore

Some of the platforms we use store data on servers outside Singapore. When that happens, we take steps to make sure it receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.

7. How we protect and keep it

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards, such as access controls, secure platforms and limiting who can see your information. No method of storing or sending data is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above or to meet legal, accounting or funding requirements, then delete or anonymise it. Recordings of calls and Loom videos on our side are deleted within 48 hours.

If a data breach is likely to cause you significant harm, or is of a significant scale, we will notify you and the Personal Data Protection Commission as the PDPA requires.

8. Your rights: access and correction

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you and how we have used or shared it in the past year, and you can ask us to correct anything inaccurate. Email [email protected] with your name and what you need. We may ask you to verify who you are, and we aim to respond within 30 days. Where the law allows, we may charge a reasonable fee for access requests, and we will tell you the amount first.

9. Cookies and analytics

Our websites use cookies and similar tools to make pages work, remember your choices, and understand how people use them. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of our pages may then not work properly.

10. Links to other sites

Our pages may link to other websites, such as NTUC for UTAP claims. They have their own privacy practices and we are not responsible for them.

11. Who this is for

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us their data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date shown at the top.

13. Contact our Data Protection Officer

For questions, requests or complaints about your personal data, contact our Data Protection Officer at [email protected], or write to ELLEUMINATE PTE LTD, 1 Raffles Quay, Level 49, Singapore. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Personal Data Protection Commission at pdpc.gov.sg.
